Director of IT and Information Security

Duties and responsibilities:

Cyber-Ark Software is looking to hire a Director of IT and Information Security in Israel. The director will manage the IT team in Israel, which services all international locations excluding the US. The director will report to the company's CIO and work with him on short and long-term worldwide projects. The director will take a leading role in designing and implementing solutions to address requirements of Cyber-Ark's global sales and marketing, R&D, and other departments, while ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, security and usability.

The director will be responsible for developing global information security policies and procedures to comply with management guidelines and external regulations. The director and the IT teams will design and deploy security solutions to implement these policies, and will monitor compliance with these policies.
The director will perform information security risk assessments and advise the organization about regulatory issues. The director will promote activities to create information security awareness within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning, deploying and supporting global IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in managing IT teams.
  • Hands-on approach and strong technical capabilities.
  • Proven experience in information security management, including developing policies and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of the security market and security technologies.
  • Understanding of international regulations and standards.
  • Experience with a working for an international and/or publicly traded organizations - an advantage.
  • High level of English.
  • Highly organized, motivated and creative with the ability to self-management.
  • CISSP or similar certification - an advantage.

Senior SW Engineer

Job Description:

  • Analyze, design and develop new features for the Cyber-Ark infrastructure and product family (take part in feature development from the requirement definition stage to final deliverable)
  • Research new development platforms, operating environments and software solutions for integration or migration purposes
  • Produce quality products that meet high security, stability and performance standards
  • Take part in research projects for new products and features
  • Development in C/C++/C#
  • Report to R&D team manager

Job requirements:

  • MAMRAM graduate or BA in Computer Science (5+ years of experience)
  • 2 years experience in C++ or C# programming (not pure ASP.NET)
  • Excellent design and analytical skills
  • High ability to use new technologies and understand them in depth through rapid self-learning
  • Thorough and methodical approach to any task
  • Proactive by nature; internal drive for excellence and improvement
  • Original thinker, creative
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas - An advantage:
    • Backend server programming (multithreaded programming, performance tuning)

Senior Web Engineer

Job description:

Experienced QA Engineer

Job Description:

  • Technologically lead the tests of several components.
  • Test design and execution (manual and\or automatic) for technologically and logically complex components (Server, gateways and client sides).
  • Take part in test project management by implementing advanced testing techniques, test strategies, risks assessment, schedule management, test automation processes and more.
  • Take part in development of test methodologies, standards and procedures.

Product Manager

Job Description:
A member of Cyber-Ark's product management team, responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining new product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as working closely with R&D, customers, marketing and field-services to ensure successful product launches and high customer satisfaction.

  • Collect, prioritize and internally communicate product requirements, define product features,  manage and communicate product roadmap and future version contents
  • Conduct strategic business opportunity analysis, including market and competitive research, and present results to senior management
  • Collaborate with management, sales, professional services, business development, and operations on a daily basis
  • Serve as the knowledge focal point for the sales and marketing groups
  • Produce technical presentations and sales tools, support product marketing with go-to-market campaigns
  • Troubleshoot high level customer/partner issues and work with sales and R&D to resolve them

Job requirements:

  • Innovator by nature. Thinking out of the box and enjoying unchartered waters
  • At least 8 years of experience in the software industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management. Experience in writing MRD / PRD
  • Proven success managing full product lifecycle, from vision to successful market launch
  • Proven project management skills

Technical Communicator

Job Description:
A member of Cyber-Ark's technical documentation team, jointly responsible for producing technical communication materials for multiple audiences at various technical levels, including the following:

  • Installation procedures from concept to system readiness
  • Implementation concepts and procedures from definition to operation
  • System configuration
  • SDKs, including CLI, Java, C/C++ and .Net

Job requirements:

  • The ability to see beyond the surface level and fully capture a business process or user experience
  • The ability to analyze and define the information needs of users at different levels
  • The ability to present information in clear and simple English, and to make sure that information is organized effectively
  • The ability to approach projects with versatility, inventiveness, and creativity

Skills:
